Dear Friends and Cattle People,

I would like to take the time to welcome everyone to the Dikoff Ranch Annual Bull Sale along with the Justin Dikoff Cow Dispersion.  What an exciting time to be part of the cattle business; I feel we have just scratched the surface of good times to come in it.  The decision to sell this set of cows was difficult, as anyone who knows me knows the pride I take in them.  However, it is the right decision for my family and me at the moment.  My opportunities with DVAuction continue to grow and I wish to house my own cattle which our place is not set up for at this point.  So for now this is what fits best for us.

This is a front end set of females that will go out and do a great job for their new owners, they sure have for me.  This set of cows has raised herdbulls we have used in our own program as well as sold bulls to the most progressive cattleman in the business.  I feel there are some real great donor candidates in these females.  The open heifer calves were the next step in my breeding program, taking it to the next level.  There is surly something to fit everyone’s herd as I am selling spring pairs, fall bred cows and spring and fall open heifers.

I am also selling FIRESTONE.  As his footnotes say, he is a real breeding tool.  He is the kind of herdbull that you don’t run across very often.  He is a bull that holds his flesh good and looks the part all of the time.  He adds style and thickness with lots of hair to his calves in a moderate BW.  As much as I would like to keep him around simply because I think he is that outstanding of a bull, I just don’t need him without the cows.
